The load economic dispatch in power grid is an optimization problem whose goal is to minimize total generation cost for grid according the available limitation. in other word, in the load economic dispatch, total demand for electric power will be distributed in all of available power plant so that in addition to supplying all of demand also not to exceed of the limitation be able to minimize the generation costs but now in these condition establishing renewable energy source power plant into the power grid it is necessary to do some thing in order to operate optimum. in this way, the load economic dispatch in the power systems which contains solar power plant is one of important items which has to be notified. in order to this purpose in different research for solar power plant, these kind of power plant always were in mind as: solar-thermal p.p, solar-photovoltaic p.p and hybrid solar with others fossil fuel power plants and in addition to available parameter analyze, some models presented for cost function. To utilize of these models, generation of solar p.p and the algorithm of the load economic dispatch in the power grid, which contains solar power plant, it is necessary to. In addition, economic optimizing and suitable reliability for generation are simultaneous required items in a power system and have to be notified together. Therefore, in new energy source power plants generation, in addition to the economic parameters of using these power plats, the reliable amount of generation is very important. so not only presentation of the algorithm of the load economic dispatch in the power grid but also methods of determining the reliable generation for solar p.p have to be studied and searched. Using the radiation power of sun makes the solar p.p to be estimated in their generation in order to operate these p.ps in power system, because it is very dependant to the amount of radiation. In this research, a suitable method has been presented for determining the reliable amount of solar p.p generation with fuzzy logic algorithm so first he efficient items in amount of radiation power, which are available, in the modulus of some of environmental parameters is being proceed and then according to reachable amount of radiation power and amount of power saving source of p.p, which are main parameter in determining the reliable amount of a solar p.p generation. Method is analyzed in an example.
