Ruptures of the Scar and Multiple Cesarean Sections

摘要

The scar of the previous cesarean section takes a central place while considering the complications of multiple cesarean sections. The scar is influenced by: age, general condition of the patient, surgical technique, the ways of suturing the ridges of the wound, suture material, hemostasis, ischemi,infection, endometriosis and hyalinization in the region of the wound. There are different literature reports on the incidence of the ruptures of the scars.
