MCS1 (Modular Car System) project is the first family member of the car platform for Wittur to strengthen the market positioning of the existing cars portfolio according to the proven modularity, scalability & customization principles and to fulfill the requirements for the new standards EN81-20/50 covering rated load from 320 kg to 5000 kg EN 81-70, EN 81-72 and EN81-71 anti-vandal resistant options. MCS1 holds new & innovative design for fixings and new materials for space optimization and ready to be installed in Wittur MRL (Machine Room Less new installations) and Wittur MRM (Machine Room Less modernization) systems. MCS1 car has a green production principle (with minimum welding) and dramatic weight reduction for energy efficiency (E-labeling). MCS1 car has been designed and developed by state of art engineering methods like FEM (Finite Element Modelling) to shorten the development time to the market, TRIZ (Theory of Problem Solving) methodology, fully parametric CAD design (Computer Aided Design) techniques using concurrent engineering data collaboration via PDM (Product Data Management) across distributed global engineering teams. MCS1 is a unique standard car for Wittur that has been produced globally; Turkey for Eurasia, Italy for Europe, China and India for Asia Pacific markets.
