摘要

The essentially theoretic and practice interest have investigations of nanocomposites PANI with TiO{sub}2 synthesis in the view of intercalated and percolated effects in these systems for creation useful hybrid inorganic-polymer materials. Nanocrystalline powder TiO{sub}2 -semiconductor n-type has unique electrical, optical, catalytic properties due to features of crystalline structure, surface morphology and quantum confinements [1]. Polyaniline-polymer with conjugated system bonds, unique mechanism of conductivity depending on oxidation and doping degree of its macromolecules and their supermolecular organizations [2]. Thus, the combination of conducting PANI and semiconducting TiO{sub}2 gives a chance to synthesis new materials with complex unique functional properties.
