Phase Control technology was invented to allow the development of a vegetable oil based metalworking fluid. This system consists of two products that are intended to complement each other. Each contributes special features to the overall Metalworking Fluid system. This design allows users to charge and control an oil phase product (OP) independent of a companion charge of water phase product (WP). These products are used together in a system to produce an infinitely variable range of fluids ranging from full synthetic solutions through semi-synthetic types, all the way to heavy duty soluble oils. They produce far less misting than conventional products, because they are controlled separately and due to the unique emulsion made by the vegetable oil phase product.
