Practical aspects of dynamic ADC testing in frequency range 1 to 20 MHz

In a testing system many devices are often powered from one net supply with protective wire. In this paper some aspects are described that can cause problems in such a system. Namely correct termination and ground-loop disturbance elimination are discussed.
