TOWARD A TRIALECTIC STRUCTURE OF KNOWLEDGE-CREATION BA

The purpose of this article is to try to answer this question: What kind of structure should knowledge creation Ba have? In order to answer this question, we will indicate the trialectic structure of knowledge-creation Ba, in an attempt to connect network theory and CoP theory with Ba theory. Based on this, we propose three organic structure of Ba: internal structure, innomediary structure and external structure. Especially, we argue that boundary spanning or innomediary should not be regarded as an external structure of Ba. Instead, it synthesizes the internal and the external structure. Managers may have to pay much more attention to the innomediary structure of Ba than the internal structure and the external structure of Ba in order to keep the knowledge creation process spiraling up.
