Science and Technology Projects Management Based on Knowledge Management

The development of science and technology (hereafter is S&T) facilitates the forming of knowledge economy. S&T has become the important field which every country is competing in the new economy times. In order to develop S&T of homeland, governments mainly give the fund to support many kinds of research projects of S&T. Because the theories and methods of S&T projects management relate directly the research results of S&T projects, so they can relate more the development of S&T. This paper introduces the theories of knowledge management into S&T projects management. The essence of S&T projects management is knowledge management The process of S&T projects management is designed according to the process of knowledge management. The knowledge innovation system comes into being through this process. Every phase of S&T projects management which is based the theories of knowledge management takes "knowledge" as their object factors. All of these object factors together form the object system of the process of S&T projects management In the end, the paper presents the method to evaluate the level of S&T projects management from the point of view of knowledge management
