RESEARCH ON CODING-BASED COMPUTER AIDED FORM INNOVATION DESIGN

摘要

Based on the research in the field of coding of industrial design form, a rather integrated coding system which can be implemented on computer was established. 8 digits that can precisely describe a 3-D form were contained in this coding system. Work was done to study the process of computer aided form innovation design. Then the process was separated into three sub-processes: factors disassembly of products, setting conditions of factors combination, and intelligence selection of combination results. Based on the technologies mentioned above, a "computer aided form innovation design system" was implemented with the theory of combinatorial innovation.
