摘要

The microstructure and properties of two Nb-microalloyed steels subjected to different cooling process were researched by using pilot rolling mill and ultra-fast cooling device for simulating the condition of actual process. In laboratory, several high strength high plasticity multi-phase hot rolled 12mm-plate with favorable properties were obtained. For Nb-Ti steel, Rm =861MPa,Re =594MPa,At =31.5 %or Rm=1202MPa,Re =903MPa,At =24 %, and for Nb microalloyed stee,Rm=988MPa,Re =647MPa,At =28.5 %or Rm =1097MPa,Re =833MPa,At =22.5 %.
