There is growing evidence that the melting inclusion is unique for the study of the magmatic system's physical and chemical evolution, it retains the important geological information that have lost in the magma during its mixing, splitting, degassing, contamination and etc. It now appears that the study of initial melting inclusion and later fluid inclusion's series evolution is important for degassing and evolution of oil and gas reservoir of the volcanic reservoir of oil and gas, the study of the inclusion is an important geological technical means to the study on genesis dynamics of oil and gas reservoir, but this work is almost not done in our country. In China, the forming of large natural gas pool in Songliao basin not only has close relationship with earth degassing, but also exists inorganic gas pool, and the oil and gas pool have been founded in outlying alkaline basalt outcrops, but the research of inclusion is lagging behind which leading to the studies on the gas injection into oil reservoir evolution did not make clear. Indeed, through research of the initial magmatic meltdown inclusion and the series of secondary fluid inclusion evolution with research on geochemical characteristics of rock and minerals, this problem can be resolving properly. With the studies on the melting inclusion, we can make deep research of the crystallization differentiation and the distribution of substructure, and research of volatile component in the initial degassing stages and the chemical and physical environment. With the studies on fluid inclusion of later secondary metasomasis and recrystallization could study the hydrothermal fluid composition and temperature, pressure, during the forming of oil reservoir, and study the relationship between continuing degassing and space transformation and oil and gas injection, which might resolve the major problems in the forming of oil reservoir research. The technology of laser confocal scanning is a unique tool in the study of inclusion, the authors has introduced the use of lasers to study the characteristics of the secondary inclusion in the fissure and maturity of organic research results at the 14th inclusion session This article, the authors talked about the analysis of laser confocal scanning technology on the ash-tuff in Talimu basin,the results of the analysis might reveal a unique perspective of some new problems and provided for everyone to explore.
