The Administration Sciences, with a multiinterdisciplinary approach, must participate directly in developing countries, in order to confront complex environmental problems, and find alternatives that lessen the negative effects on the environment, such as Mexico. This will allow establishing rational systems of cooperative effort through which common aims and environmental goals can be accomplish. It is appropriate to involve several sectors of participants such as academic, at the professional level both public and private, as well as other sector that may be involved in participating directly in the solution of the above mentioned situation. The purpose that the Administration Science’s experts receive training will be to develop the ability to deal with basic concepts of their expertise area. The profile in the accounting process that allows them to register, report and inform, if applied to the environmental damages, it develops necessary preventive and corrective actions, by practicing audits, as well as deepening in tax and costs affairs. The administration field must be aimed to find the resources of the public, private, social, and academic institutions to accomplish, the social responsible care of the environment It is a fact that with the correct planning, organization, management, and control of the different functional areas, such as financial, human, technological, and material resources, in computing area to design and implant solutions that are based on environmental information systems. Also, develop research, which in a high level of expertise favors criteria, knowledge, innovations and environmental solutions. All these considerations, demands immediate action, which cannot be postponed, in the projects and programs of the rational use of natural resources and environmental care.
