摘要

This paper is to investigate the role of IS-User relationship building in improving IS performance. IS-user relationship building efforts are captured through measuring both the social and intellectual capital building and the efforts to increase user acceptance and satisfaction. The co-evolution of social and intellectual capital in the IS-user relationship constitutes the working environment for making efforts to increase user acceptance and satisfaction, which in turn impacts IS performance. Survey data are collected and instruments are developed. A structural equation model is then tested to verify the proposed relationships.
