Despite its importance in decision-making, a data warehouse can be difficult to use, even for experienced end-users. We measured the effect of gender on ease-of-use perceptions, but found no significant differences between men and women in data warehouse perceptions or use. However, women were more likely to associate data warehouse flexibility with ease-of-use than men. These results provide additional evidence that gender differences in computer attitudes and usage are no longer significant. To the contrary, women exceed men in some regards.
