The several kind of U-Mo dispersion fuel is investigate to the high-density LEU(low enriched uranium) for research and test reactor. The 7wt% U-Mo alloy is usually used to the base materials, and investigate to the irradiation properties of U-Mo alloy added Os and Ru etc. We add U-7wt%Mo to 3 kind of oxide, Gd_2O_3, Dy_2O_3 and Er_2O_3. These dispersion fuel fabricated at 3 g-U/cm~3 and 5g-U/cm~3. Fabrication technique used to produce the fuel powders included atomization. The molybdenum content of fuel meats, matrix material is aluminum 1060, was 7wt% and the volume fraction of U-Mo fuel powders were 30.7vol%. In present work, thermal conductivities were calculated by measured thermal diffusivities, specific heat capacities and densities, which are measured by laser flash, DSC and Archimedes method, respectively. Thermophysical properties measurements were measured at a temperature range from the room temperature to 500°C. Thermal conductivity of U-7wt%Mo/Al with oxide is 110 ~ 160 W/(mK), increased with increasing the temperature.
