Durability distribution for description of failure of electronic devices and integrated assemblies

摘要

The work is dedicated to alternative distribution of durability for description of failure of integrated machines and electronic assemblies, for which the rate of failures increases or decreases at the beginning of service, but them is inclined to a constant value. The analytical formulae to define the other characteristics of distribution and calculation method of parameters with using of incompleted test are given.
