Evaporation rates of pure solvents and carbamazepine solutions

Evaporation kinetics of the solvent and crystallization temperature have the key roles in evaporation crystallization, which is a widely used method in the pharmaceutical industry. These operational factors have influence on the supersaturation degree and further on the crystal properties. Therefore, the evaporation crystallization process is very sensitive and the process conditions have to be carefully controlled to obtain the required crystal product.
