Concept of Modeling and Control Knowledge of Electronic Devices Manufacturing Processes

摘要

Demonstration of concept and modeling the process of electronic devices manufacturing is the objective of this paper. The models, which are results of modeling, can be used for example for base of fractals organizations structure. The examples of process modeling and their implementation in the information system of one enterprise will be shown in this paper. Special attention is focused to the attributes of processes especially information, knowledge in the technological processes and the system of measurement of processes performance for their controlling and improvement. It is necessary for control and advance of knowledge in the virtual enterprises and fractals organization.
