To accurately predict events that occur in a time series manner by using a neural network.SOLUTION: A control device 60 of a driving device for a vehicle includes: a calculation unit 81 for calculating output parameters of a vehicle by using a learned model using a neural network; and a control unit 82 for controlling the driving device for a vehicle mounted on the vehicle on the basis of the output parameters calculated by the calculation unit. The neural network includes a first input layer where first input parameters of the vehicle at a first time point are input, a second input layer where second input parameters of the vehicle at a second time point after the first time point are input, a first hidden layer where the output of the first input layer is input, a second hidden layer where a value correlated with the output of the first hidden layer and the output of the second input layer are input, and an output layer where the output parameters are output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
