The contribution of Kyiv research institute of microdevices to the radioelectronics development in ukrainian (the 1960s of the 20-th century)

The present paper is devoted to the establishment and activity of the Kyiv research institute of microdevices. Specifically, an emphasis is placed upon investigating and describing the characteristic features of the Institute's activity. Based upon the results obtained from the studies and development efforts, one can highlight the significance of the Institute's advances in the evolution of radioelectronics beginning from the second half of the 60s of the XX-th century.
