Phosphorus (P) is an essential mineral nutrient for plant growth, and Brassica napus is an important oil crops which is sensitive to P deficiency. In this study, a P-efficient cultivar "97081" and a P-inefficient cultivar "97009" were obtained by screening 243 cultivars of Brassica napus at seedling stage and whole growth period. A genetic linkage map with 23 linkage groups was constructed using SSR and AFLP markers in a F_2-3 population derived from a cross between "97081" and "97009" , and three QTLs , DSYl, DSY2, DSY3, which significant related to seed yield at P deficiency and one QTL of P efficiency coefficient (PECM) were detected in genome-wide QTL analyses with WinCarter2.0 software. The results suggested that multigenes are involved in uptake and utilization of P in Brassica napus, which respond to P deficiency stress and make sure more biomass and seed yield under the condition of P deficiency.
