Effect of thermal annealing and electron irradiation on crystallization and phase stability of Fe_(91-x)Zr_9B_x (x=3, 5, 15, 20 and 25) amorphous alloys was examined. The electron irradiation induced crystallization behavior and crystalline structure depend on irradiation temperature, dose density and B concentration. Nanocrystalline duplex structure composed of α -Fe and cubic-Fe_2Zr was obtained even in Fe_(71)Zr_9B_(20) alloy by electron irradiation, while no nanoscale precipitates were formed during thermal annealing.
