The malignize-tion are infrequently occurred in 1 % patients with Fibrous Dysplasia. This papers we show you our experience in 18 patients with (FD) and correlate it with published data. Fibrous dysplasia (FD) is a benign intramedullary fibro-osseous disease. It accounts for approximately 7% of benign bony tumors and occurs in patients between the ages of 5 and 15 years. Surgery is the mainstay of treatment, but options vary ranging from conservative surgery to radical removal of dysplastic lesions followed by autogenous bone grafting. This study compares the benefices of conservative and aggressive surgery.
