To study the effect on human by heat incitement from air-conditioning environment to hot environment, The physiological test and neurobehavioral function test were made twice in same indoor air quality environment. The 20 subjects (9 females and 11 females) were exposed to hot environment from comfortable environment and tested when they didn't adapt to the hot environment. And the same tests were done when the same subjects had adapt to it. The pressure difference between diastole pressure and contracting pressure in comfortable environment and the exposing ankle temp in the hot environment showed significant difference (P<0.05) between the two groups. And the test of the neurobehavioral showed significant difference between the two groups, mainly in mental arithmetic, serial addition and subtraction, memory scanning, and 3D-picture discrimination.
