摘要

As the performance and capability of the microprocessor adopted to the process control system has been improved, the number of plant equipment that can be operated by single microprocessor-based controller has been increased. Also, the licensing requirement such as the software verification and validation (V/V) requirement for the digital technology in the nuclear industry has been established. Shin-Kori 1&2 Nuclear Power Plants (SKN 1&2), the first project of KSNP+, adopt the multiloop control design in order to take advantage of the multitasking capability of the microprocessor based system. In this control design, equipment are grouped and segmented with a careful consideration of process system design, interaction, and operation. The grouped and segmented equipment are controlled by one controller. The identical redundant controller is designed as the backup of the controller with fault-tolerance of the control system. The multiloop control design reduces the plant construction cost without degrading the operational reliability of the plant control system.
