摘要

In order to overcome the weld defect that there is enormous residue stress and excessive crack, a set of complete computer control system was designed in this paper, which can peen the welded seam with a pneumatic rammer controlled by the signal coming from data acquisition card. The system, which are made up of PC, SCM(AT89C52), sensor, interface circuit, pneumatic rammer and corresponding mechanism and valves can make the peening frequency, force, distance, and angle adjustable easily. The weld test of installing the designed system on the vibratory build-up machine model NU-300-1 showed that the system could make welded seam more inseparable and compacter, weld defect and crack less.
