In this paper, an emulation system of the ship -motor - propeller based on some ship electric propulsion system is presented, and a detection circuit based on DSP that is used to directly measure the torque of the drive shaft in the system in real time is also introduced. The paper also introduces how to achieve data communication between PC and PLC, PC and inverter under integrated developing surrounding of Visual Basic 6.5.
