PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measured data communication apparatus which makes an information collector recognize the measuring name for a code value in any case when measured data are sent.;SOLUTION: A measured data generator 6 generates measured data from an optional code value and measured values for the actual measuring name of the measured values, and a communication information generator 5 generates a corresponding relation of the optional code value to the measuring name as communication information.
