According to the basic principle in the production of the continuous casting blank production, the system realizes the knowledge learining, knowledge inference and adaptive processing, applying the Back-propagation Neural Network and Kohonen Self-organized Feature Map Neural Network in the Neural Network applications after analyzing the relationship of the casting blank quality and functional elements, and accomplishes the judgment for the quality of the casting blank. This is a simulated system, consists of an outlying testing system; The Neural Net Topology of the system is a separating structure. The system topology structure reduces the complication on the knowledge learning.
