Stability Criteria for Linear Systems with Incommensurate Delays

摘要

This paper presents a recursive algorithm to test the stability of a linear system with integer multiples of two incommensurate time delays. The stability conditions have been studied using zero criteria of multivariable polynomials and the continuity of roots principle. The recursive algorithms have been developed by applying Routh tests after constructing Schur-Cohn matrices. The obtained delay independent stability conditions are necessary and sufficient.
