~188Re-tin colloid is an excellent agent for radionuclide therapy. We applied the agent for treatment of peritoneal effusion in mice. The mice were grouped into normal, control, 0.25 mCi, 0.5 mCi, and 1 mCi. ). In 30 g mice, 5 mCi group showed the longest life extending effect in this experiment.
