摘要

The results of the experimental and calculated research of possibility and characteristics of the process of ~117mSn reactor production in the high flux research SM reactor are presented in this report. The effective cross-section of ~117Sn(n,n')~117mSn reaction was evaluated by calculated reactor neutron spectra averaging. The corresponding value was 140 ± 20 mbarn. The possibility of stable production of ~117mSn with high specific activity not less than 17 Ci/ g at the end of bombarded was shown in set of trial irradiations. The technology of radiochemical processing of irradiated tin samples providing ~117mSn preparation production with radionuclide purity no less than 99.99% are described in this report also.
