Ail of the ingredients comprising HEBM are common cosmetic ingredients that are extensively used in cosmetic and consumer products. Comprehensive toxicity data exist in the external scientific literature for many of the ingredients of HEBM. In-house company data and additional safety data obtained from the supplier of the ingredients complement the toxicity data available on the ingredients. A review of the toxicity data available for the ingredients of HEBM fully supports the use of these materials at the levels identified in the product formulations.
