ECOLOGICAL ANATOMY OF HALOPHYTE SPECIES FROM THE CHENOPODIACEAE FAMILY

摘要

Four halophyte species belonging to the Chenopodiaceae family have been investigated. The authors have described the anatomical regions and have evidenced some adaptive features: successive cambia phenomenon, succulence vesicular (secretory) hairs, tracheids and particular anatomical foliar structures. All of these are discussed related to the ecological significance.
