Generation of Phase Shifted Microwaves Using Thermo-Optic Multimode Interference Phase Modulator Antenna Array Based on ORMOCERs

摘要

We propose a novel multimode interference thermo-optic phase modulator array based on ORMOCERs for generation of phase shifted microwaves. Theoretical and experimental results for the phase modulation analysis and device fabrication will be presented.
