PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF A SIMPLIFIED BI-LEVEL MHTALGORITHM IN TRACKING MANEUVERING TARGETS

摘要

The performance evaluation of a simplified Bi-levelMultiple-Hypothesis Tracking algorithm is presented. Thecompleteness of maneuvering target tracking is used as themeasure of performance, which denotes the probabilitythat a maneuvering target can be tracked successfully.Through Monte Carlo simulations, we studied how thesystem performance is affected by the related factors,including the detection probability, the false alarmprobability, the standard deviation of observation noiseand the intensity of maneuver.
