Study on Predictive Compensation Factor Method of Drawing Springback of Plate

摘要

In this paper, in order to rapid manufacture the automobile panel, a predictive compensation factor method of drawing springback of plate is present, with analyzing the influence factors of springback in the process of deep-draw. Based on the proposed method, the simulation process of springback compensation after distortion is given in virtue of finite element analysis. Thereafter, the concrete compensation method to avoid the springback effective is discussed with a longitudinal stand frame plate. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method is feasible to compensate the springback of automobile panel in the process of deep-drawing.
