Study on the Punching Dies with High-speed and Super-precision

摘要

In this paper, characters of punching die that is higher speed, precision, longer life cycle and economy are discussed. Problems to be paid attention to and corresponding strategies are presented for designing and manufacturing punching die that is composed of concave, convex, the die base, resetting spring and push material board and so on. The punching is applied successfully to those products of magnetic card and the second identification card.
