Informationalization Construction in Automobile Die Enterprise

Because of the characteristic of single-piece and non-repetitive in auto die manufacturing, product data management and production management is relatively complex, the informationalization construction drops behind other industries. How to improve development efficiency and ameliorate the production organization method, is the common problem faced by many die enterprises. The status quo and existing problems in development course is first presented. Then the implementation of PDM,CAPP,ERP in Weifang Die&mold factory of Beiqi Foton is addressed in this paper. Finally, the effect and the deficiency in informationalization is summarized, and the development informationalization ways are discussed in auto die enterprises.
