For the need of artificial gravity environment in long-term near-earth or deep-space manned exploration, a concept is presented of artificial gravity space vehicle, which uses large liquid loop with cyclic electromagnetic drive. The basic design of the artificial gravity and the parameters of it influenced by rotating dynamics are introduced. The fundamental principle of the liquid loop driving for artificial gravity is described, and the main structure of the artificial gravity space vehicle is designed within the limitation of comfort zone in artificial gravity based on the research of bioastronautics, and the key parameters of the liquid loop for different levels of artificial gravity are discussed. At last, significance and challenge faced in future research on the artificial gravity space vehicle are discussed.
