Needs of the Private Industry to Pursue Mining of the Moonining of the Moon

The basic strategy behind SUROS is to promote the development of an internationally recognized legal framework within which moon/space resource rights can be established. Beyond that it is also the goal of SUROS to secure such rights and lead a Canadian lunar resource exploration effort utilising Canadian mining robotics technologies to explore/exploit the resources secured within the newly established legal framework. The idea is progressive but also logical and ultimately required. One cannot operate in the free market without Risk being somewhat mitigated.
