ERM AND COMPANY PERFORMANCE

摘要

This research addresses three compelling and related questions: (1) what are the motivations to embarking on enterprise resource management? (2) What are the key constructs for enterprise resource management (ERM)? (3) How does ERM affect a company's performance? These questions are investigated using a comprehensive covariance structure model. A preliminary analysis is presented.
