RESEARCH ON MANAGEMENT INNOVATION OF RESOURCES IN SCENIC SPOTS OF WESTERN CHINA BASE ON THE PUBLIC OPINION PRESSURE

摘要

The article studies the influence rule of public opinion pressure in current western China on non-sustainable exploitation in scenic spots and the system construction mode of sustainable exploitation of natural resources in scenic spots. It emphasizes that system reconstruction should be the fundamental access to sustainable exploitation in scenic spots, i.e. clearing property rights of scenic spots, strengthening and protecting supervision by public opinion.
