摘要

Development of stable modified-release tablets demonstrating an increasing release rate dissolution profile is challenging. Using novel electrostatic coating technology (LeQtracoat?) in combination with a ratecontrolling polymer within the tablet, partially coated bilayer salbutamol tablets were produced. Optimisation of the formulation enabled production of stable tablets with reproducible dissolution profiles.
