摘要

Polylactide (PLA)-grafted dextran (Dex-g-PLA) was synthesized. Bovine serum albumin (BSA)-loaded Dex-g-PLA films were prepared by water-in-oil emulsion-cast method. In vitro release rate of BSA from Dex-g-PLA films was depended on the content of sugar units in Dex-g-PLA. FITC-BSA-loaded Dex-g-PLA films showed micro-phase separated structure.
