Cremophor-free aqueous paclitaxel nanosuspension – production and chemical stability

摘要

The aim was the development of a chemically stable aqueous paclitaxel nanosuspension to avoid the usage of Cremophor EL? in the i.v. formulation. Characterization of three formulations proved a chemically stability for more than four years and showed an interesting candidate for further development.
