摘要

Self-assembled nanoparticles of hydrophobized chitosan were prepared by sonicating the aqueous solution of hydrophobized chitosan. The Physicochemical characterizations of nanoparticles were performed by fluorescence spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Study showed that the prepared nanoparticles could be used as protein carrier.
