Preparation of itraconazole/2-hydroxypropyl-? -cyclodextrin inclusion complex form supercritical antisolvent method and in vitro dissolution behavior

摘要

An inclusion complex of an antifungal drug, itraconazol, with 2-hydroxypropyl-?-cyclodextrin (HP-?-CD) were prepared using a supercritical antisolvent (SAS) process at temperatures of 35～65? And at pressures of 83～140 bar. According to the results of this study, the SAS process appears to be a promising method for the preparation of water-insoluble drug/cyclodextrin inclusion complexes.
