TRANSPARENT AND CONDUCTING SOL-GEL DERIVED YTTRIUM DOPED ZINC OXIDE FILMS

摘要

This paper reports the effect of different sol-gel stabilizers on the structural, electrical and optical properties of the solderived yttrium doped n-type ZnO films. Lactic acid with and without hydrolysis and diethanolamine have been used as stabilizers for the zinc acetate solution in ethanol. High quality c-axis oriented, transparent and conducting films were obtained from the solution having diethanolamine stabilizer.
