HARMONIZATION PROCEDURES FOR SPECTRUM MANAGEMENT IN ACCESSION COUNTRIES

In order to help in the process of setting out the Agency for Telecommunications in Serbia we have collected and analyzed the available data on the best practice in management and monitoring of the radio spectrum. Firstly, we give a general overview of the effective management of the radio spectrum and explain how different spectrum management techniques and tools can assist national objectives. Secondly, we discuss international framework for spectrum management. Finally, we present some data on spectrum monitoring and enforcement as the crucial activities in ensuring overall efficient spectrum management.
